The Artist
Dr Vedrana Savic has spent two decades helping leaders navigate the places where strategy ends and intuition begins. She has worked across four continents, advised global corporations and governments, and written about the forces reshaping how we work and who we become in the process.
And all along, she painted.
Not as a pastime. As a necessity — a way of reaching what the analytical mind cannot. The canvas became the place where she could hold the questions that no framework was built to answer: How does our interior life evolve as our exterior achievements accumulate? What does it take to find our way back to ourselves, when the world keeps rewarding us for moving further away?
CREARTIF is where those two lives meet.
Her paintings move through the terrain of the examined life — the quiet costs of triumph, the peculiar courage of uprooting oneself, the discipline of choosing joy deliberately rather than waiting for it to arrive. She draws on positive psychology not as a theory but as a lens: one that traces the distance between what we aspire to outwardly and what we quietly hunger for within.
"To render the invisible power visible" — this is the idea she returns to again and again. Each work is an attempt to make something tangible out of what is most private: the moment of turning inward, the recognition of one's own strength after a long forgetting, the particular quality of stillness that comes only after real exhaustion.
She paints themes of self discovery, renewal, and the bravery it takes to begin again — drawn from her own experience of living across continents and cultures, and from the stories of the leaders she has long sat beside.
She does not paint for admiration. She paints from her inner wisdom — and draws others to her art, the kind that stops someone mid-step in front of a canvas and thinks: yes. That is exactly it.

The body of artwork showcased here focuses on juxtapositions between what we must overcome as leaders at work and in life, to attain success, and what we have to do to not lose ourselves along the way.
